The Government of Madagascar has requested the assistance of the International Finance 
Corporation (IFC) to act as lead advisor for the selection of independent private producers (IPPs) to develop a total capacity of 40 MW of solar power, across several sites. Ministry of Health of Liberia (MoH) is aiming at improving its laboratory and imaging 
services at the JFK Medical Center (JFK) through private sector participation. As its request, IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is advising MoH to develop this health projects as a Public Private Partnership (PPP). The objective of this project is to improve public laboratory and imaging services in Monrovia by attracting one or several PPP partners to structure and operate the National Diagnostic Center as a Finance, Build, Design, Equip Operate and Transfer PPP.

This greenfield project will be developed by MMID. IFC, through its proposed equity participation in this InfraVentures project, will play the role of co-developer. SMP is located 
along the bank of Ayeyarwady River, around 70 km from Mandalay city in Myanmar. MMID is also the developer of Myotha Industrial Park (MIP), a greenfield 10,000 acre mixed-used Industrial Zone.The land footprint of SMP (all phases) is about 152 hectares with an expected quay length of 1,500 meters. SMP will be developed in phases as container port traffic builds up over time.

The Consultant will be in charge of leading the implementation of Lighting Pakistan, 
including designing the specific services provided by the program to managing its implementation with clients at the company, sector and policy levels according to the approved Implementation Plan as well as all monitoring and reporting requirements for the program. This program is one of a portfolio of country programs underthe Lighting Global umbrella. As such, it will be managed using best practices from the global practice, and the Consultant will actively engage with counterparts operating similar programs in Asia and Africa under the global supervision of the Global Head of Energy Access.
