Assess the existing policy and institutional framework and evaluate the efficiency and efficacy as well as the interaction of policies, institutions and regulations related to commercial forest plantations in Colombia. The main objective of this Research Activities on Long Term Monitoring, Research and Analysis of Bangladesh Coastal Zone (Sustainable Polders adapted to Coastal Dynamics) is to improve and manage the polders successfully in the coming decades.
The indicative price of this contract is US$ 8 million including, interalia, the cost of research equipment and training.
Many of the World Bank financed Projects 
are using e-procurement systems, which are required to be assessed by the Bank using MDB guidelines. Additionally, some analytical work (like e-procurement spend analysis and impact assessment) is also conducted by the Bank team. Another emerging area is e-reverse auction.
World Bank now invites CVs of experienced professionals in above areas for preparing a panel of experts, who may be called upon when a specific need arises.
Capitalizing on IFCs experience, this project aims to substantiate the business case for improving working conditions and employment opportunities for women in agribusiness, and investigate where and how investments in improved working conditions for women can result in higher firm productivity.
Focused on developing countries 
and culminating in a research report focused on the agribusiness sector, this work would identify actionable firm policies and practices that are potentially transferable across countries, regions and sectors.
