untitled We are excited to bring you the first 2018 edition of the NL4WorldBank newsletter, Creating a Better World which was published the on the 14th of March.

In this edition we feature a ” meet and greet “ with Sophie Peeters who works for the Blockchain Lab at World Bank Group. The Lab will be prominent in future articles and newsletters because we will be highlighting innovation which entails Blockchain, AI and Cyber Security.

Next week the Land & Poverty event will be kicking off which has prominent Dutch representation, please let us know if you will be attending. Another interesting event taking place at a later date is the Water and Sanitation Mission in June. This mission gives Dutch companies the opportunity to get to know everything the World Bank and other IFI’s are working on in water.

Newsletter September 2017: Cooperation, the Key to Success

Success story: Ecofys supports World Bank Group to navigate the energy and climate transition

Over the past 15 years, the World Bank Groups’ Community Development Carbon Fund (CDCF) has contributed to reducing over 4 million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent and created community co-benefits aligned with sustainable development goals (SDGs) for approximately 17.5 million people. Ecofys, a Navigant company and headquartered in Utrecht, The Netherlands, has supported the Bank’s efforts and recently presented a retrospective that illustrates the impressive results of the World Bank Groups work.

Newsletter December 2016: Gearing towards Dutch Success

Yesterday the fourth edition of the 2016 newsletter of NL4WorldBank was published.

In this edition the focus is on the success of SCOPEinsight, a long term partner of IFC. You can also find new presentations of the World Bank on the New Procurement Framework, GAFSP and IFCs vision on Climate Smart Agriculture, as well as the MoU signed by the government of Curacao, the new Doing Business report and a report on Carbon Pricing, and a couple of important upcoming events!
