PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) (Persero) of the Republic of Indonesia intends to
implement the Java 3 800MW combined cycle gas-fired Independent Power Producer (“IPP”) project in Gresik, East Java (the “Project”) on build-own-operate-transfer basis.
PLN is planning to select an experienced private sector developer to finance, construct and operate the Project through a competitive selection process. An experienced technical consulting firm is required to assist in carrying out technical and environmental and social (“E&S”) due diligence and provide technical expertise in preparation for the Projects competitive selection process, from feasibility up to commercial close of the Project.

The Government of Lesotho (GoL) is interested in developing a framework to attract private sector participation.
