This is not surprising, as biking offers many advantages that make it an attractive form of urban transport both during and after the pandemic: bicycles can ease the pressure on public transit systems, allow for easy social distancing, contribute to better public health, and reduce air pollution.

FC is looking to hire an international technical consultant (the Consultant) specialized in logistics hub development and operations, to provide technical support during due diligence, transaction structuring and tender process implementation. This support relates to all technical, economic and E&S aspects of the Project, including technical and economic due diligence, E&S scoping study, assessment of the viability of the Project, recommendations on the Project scope definition, development of the Project technical design specifications, technical inputs for the tender documents and throughout the bid process, support in local and international consultations and marketing efforts relating to the Project.
Digital services help governments deliver solutions during COVID-19

eC2: TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR IFC GLOBAL COVID-19 RESPONSE PROGRAM

The program will consist of multiple projects with individual national or provincial governments in South Asia. IFC will provide capacity building support and advice to governments to effectively engage private sector in areas such as enhancing COVID-19 testing services, increasing availability of critical care and other type of hospital beds and isolation facilities to treat COVID-19 patients, etc. The support will be in the form of developing thought documents, recommending private sector engagement models, drafting model contracts and procurement agreements and short-term contracts, developing technical specifications. This is for a Technical consultant for the project. The technical consultant will provide technical and clinical advise and inputs to IFC for the program.
