IFC and SCOPEinsight sign agreement to promote global professionalism in agribusiness

WASHINGTON, SEPTEMBER 29, 2016 – SCOPEinsight, the leading provider of assessment and analysis tools that measure the level of professionalism of scope-insigntfarmers, has signed a cooperation agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group and the largest global development institution focused on the private sector in emerging markets, to promote global professionalism in agribusiness through use of the SCOPE tools. Through this partnership, IFC will support SCOPEinsight to develop its internal capabilities and promote the SCOPE assessment tools in its advisory engagements with agribusiness clients.

The objective of this assignment is to identify creditworthy waterpublic (municipal and regional), private and mixed-ownership water utilities in Colombia, which have realistic chances of becoming IFC investment and advisory clients (criteria to be provided further). November 14-18, Asia Smart City Conference Yokohama, Japan.

Starting from 2012, City Yokohama invites mayors from emerging Asian countries and international organizations to the Asia Smart City Conference. As part of the conference this year, the Tokyo Development Learning Center and the Smart Cities KSB will organize a Smart City Technical Deep Dive and one-day World Bank Smart City Summit. She Works – IFC Report

It consolidates the knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned during the two-year SheWorks partnership so that other companies committed to investing in women’s employment can benefit as well. The report also captures, on an aggregate level, the progress made by SheWorks member companies towards realizing their commitments.
