We are pleased to inform you that yesterday, at the 30th of November, the NetheIMG_1937rlands Embassy has successfully hosted its third Annual World Bank Luncheon. The session – attended by government representatives, NGOs, Embassy colleagues and World Bank personnel – included insightful remarks of the World Bank’s lead procurement specialist, Diomedes Berroa. Mr. Berroa shed alight on the Bank’s new procurement strategy. Staying up-to-date on the latest changes in the World Bank Strategies is a priority for the Netherlands and Dutch companies in particular.

Monday November 30th, the Netherlands Embassy in Washington DC organized the third IMG_1937annual World Bank luncheon. The Dutch private sector, World Bank Group Staff, the Dutch Executive Director’s office and Embassy staff came together to talk about the changes to the procurement rules and doing business with the World Bank. Speeches were given by the Dutch Ambassador to the US, Henne Schuwer, the Executive Director to the World Bank Group Mr. Frank Heemskerk followed by a presentation by lead procurement Specialist of the World Bank Mr. Diomedes Berroa.
