The objectives of the survey include to collect baseline health facility data, against which
progress in subsequent years can be measured as part of the Saving One Million Lives Program for Results (SOML PforR). To meet these objectives, the World Bank is supporting health facility based surveys in all the 36 states and the FCT. This process is strongly guided by the Federal Government of Nigeria, with close coordination with the State Governments and technical support from the World Bank.

The objective of this assignment is to collect high quality qualitative data on situations,
activities, and perceptions of SHD stakeholders, including participating community members and project staff including coaches (facilitators). The first step in setting up this experiment is to conduct a listing of up to 12,00
0 households in business areas of Accra Metropolitan Area and surrounding localities, in order to constitute a sample frame. We will then identify within this frame a sample of 3,000 households that include at least one woman running a small business and implement the baseline survey among these households.
This evaluation is designed to assess the impact of different incentives, including cash transfers conditional on school attendance, and raffle incentives conditional on remaining STI negative, in young women and girls, on HIV incidence after 1 year. Secondary
outcomes include school enrolment and attendance,
HSV-2 incidence and reported sexual behaviors. The study is designed to provide information about the most effective incentives for behavioral change and reducing HIV risk in adolescent girls and young women. It will contribute to international evidence about the use of incentives as HIV prevention in vulnerable populations.

The purpose of this consultancy is to carry out field surveys to collect household and village level data for an impact evaluation study of off-grid solar PV home system project in Bolivia. This project is one of the four energy projects selected for rigorous ex-post impact evaluation under the Global Status of Energy Access (SEAR) activities. Documenting the impact of energy access programs is an important component of SEAR. Lessons learned and knowledge gathered from this evaluation are expected to help future policies and investments. The study is being carried out by ESMAP of the World Bank.
