Within this context the participating countries have requested the WSP support to 
consolidate and expand the use of SIASAR. In response to this request, the Bank approved a Technical Assistance through WSP aimed to support the consolidation and expansion of SIASAR as a decision-making tool for policy formulation, planning, and resource allocation, thereby improving the quality and sustainability of RWSS service provision.
eConsultant2: External Evaluation of the Water and Sanitation Program 2011-2015
Deadline: 08-Oct-2015 at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time – Washington D.C.)
This external evaluation will review WSP’s performance in its implementation of the five-year business plan during the period of 2011 to 2015 and the quality and sustainability of the results achieved. It is a retrospective evaluation that assesses the effectiveness of program activities and results achieved in the 23 focus countries, the monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and overall program operations and business models.
Review of the Mozambique Rural Water Projects Implementation Manual
The National Water Directorate (DNA) has requested the Water and Sanitation Program of the World Bank (WSP) to support the review of Rural Water Supply Project Implementation Manual (MIPAR) approved by Ministerial Diploma No. 23/2002 of 13 March. Therefore WSP requests all interested consulting firms working in the area of water and sanitation to submit their Expression of Interest to carry out this assignment.
