IFC is seeking a consultant (s) from a firm with relevant monitoring and evaluation (M&E) expertise to undertake an end of program evaluation and to provide recommendations for future strategy and program design.
Purpose and use of the Evaluation
The purpose of the evaluation is threefold:
1. To assess and report on program results;
2. To identify lessons for IFC and its partners; and
3. To inform future strategy and program design.
stocktaking of the Trade Facilitation Support Program – a $40 million flagship technical assistance program administered by the WBG that supports countries in aligning their trade practices with the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA). The firm should have strong knowledge of trade issues and demonstrated experience in evaluating global partnership programs and development projects, assessing results frameworks, implementation risks and M&E frameworks.
This is an assignment to conduct a post program evaluation for the investment climate reform projects financed by SECO in Africa.
