The objectives of this consultancy are to: (i) support Haiti’s National Water and Sanitation Directorate (DINEPA) in consolidating existing 
approaches to professionalize the management of water supply systems in rural areas and small towns of Haiti (small private operators); and (ii) identify innovative approaches to expand private sector participation in water supply and sanitation in rural areas and small towns of Haiti.
