Scope of work – Module 1: Support in the preparation of a NRW Corporate Strategy;
– Module 2: Support in establishing a reliable database and baseline in terms of NRW, including consolidating the operational, commercial and business units diagnostics, as well as hydraulic simulations and water balances; – Module 3: Support in the preparation of a NRW management plan (strategic, tactical and operational levels), as well as of a corresponding staff training plan; – Module 4: Support in the design of a NRW Control Program for the Recife Metropolitan Region, over the course of the next 10 years, including the use of performance-based contracts and innovative/smart technologies and approaches;
– Module 5: Delivery of a Staff Training program based on the results of activities undertaken under Module 3.
