IFCs Transaction Advisory Services in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Europe and Central Asia (ECA) is a donor-funded program, which provides technical assistance and advisory services to public-sector clients in countries in the ECA region, aiming to:
contribute to poverty alleviation, economic growth, and environmental improvement through PPP;

be an effective bridge between public sector players (municipalities, local and national governments) on the one side and private sector investors, operators, and financing institutions on the other;
increase availability of well-prepared infrastructure projects that are attractive for private sector participation and investment;
increase the capacity of public sector counterparts through collaboration on live PPP projects, organization of knowledge sharing events, and post-transaction advisory support; and
Focusing on power, transport, urban services, agribusiness, and social infrastructure, the Program aims to help governments to develop, promote and execute infrastructure projects through PPP-type contractual arrangements.
IFC is seeking to procure services of an independent consulting firm to conduct a final evaluation of the Program .
