The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is working with the PNG Departments of Treasury and Health to explore whether there is greater scope for the private sector to play a role in improving the delivery of health services in PNG. IFC has identified a number of focal areas where further diagnostic work will be undertaken to allow assessment of the potential for the private sector to support service delivery through Public Private Partnership (PPP) modalities. IFC is engaging the services of a consulting firm (Consultant) to undertake a diagnostic study to assist in this work
