PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) (Persero) of the Republic of Indonesia intends to implement the Java 3 800MW combined cycle gas-fired Independent Power Producer (“IPP”) project in Gresik, East Java (the “Project”) on build-own-operate-transfer basis.

PLN is planning to select an experienced private sector developer to finance, construct and operate the Project through a competitive selection process. An experienced technical consulting firm is required to assist in carrying out technical and environmental and social (“E&S”) due diligence and provide technical expertise in preparation for the Projects competitive selection process, from feasibility up to commercial close of the Project.
