The Water Partnership Program (WPP) is undertaking an independent review of the program with the following objectives:

(1) To review progress after the completion of Phase I and advanced progress of its Phase II toward meeting its overarching objective to reduce poverty through improved WRM and Service Delivery, and Climate-Resilient Green Growth; and
(2) To inform the operationalization of the new MDTF by uncovering the reasons behind the successes and failures of the WPP in achieving its objectives and inform improved ways of achieving better results or the same results more efficiently.
