To assist with this project, IFC is hiring Consultants for conducting Regulatory and Commercial due diligence broadly comprising the following

1. Due diligence of regulations and schemes to understand any issues that may have a bearing on the Project
2. Design the commercial arrangement for the contractual documents between the project developer, off-takers and the client
3. Advise on the applicable tax regulations to evolve a tax efficient commercial structure
4. Identification and analysis of potential power purchasers and assistance in marketing the project to off-takers
5. The consultant will be expected to liaise with central and state government authorities, agencies and other entities to get the necessary regulations, and approvals as required, to carry out the assignment
