The selected firm will provide World Bank task teams with a combination expertise and experience in beneficiary feedback collection and analysis, organizational performance management survey design and analysis and in coordinating new knowledge to inform learning internally and externally.
There are two interdependent objectives and tasks that will be fulfilled via the solicitation of the international firm(s).
1. Third Party Monitoring. The firm is expected to provide professional and objective feedback in a timely manner to and the Country Management Unit Leadership Team, as well as the Country Team, on the impact and challenges in rolling out the Programmatic Approach cross-portfolio process.
2. Learning and Knowledge. The feedback gathered through the monitoring mechanisms should contribute knowledge to development practitioners and thinkers, thereby advancing learning about appropriate development solutions in Nigeria, both in and outside the Bank. Learning should take place both within the pilot projects as well as between the pilot projects, at different levels of government and between different stakeholders to understand what is working, what is not and how to adapt accordingly.
