Accordingly, IFC is looking to appoint a technical and E&S consultant to support on the 200MW first round of auction. The consultant will be required to (i) conduct technical, commercial, and environmental and social due diligence on the Project; (ii) support in auctioning or tendering the Project; and (iii) assist in the evaluation and selection of the winning bidder up until commercial close.
