The objective of this assignment is to support the World Bank in providing technical assistance on hydrological modeling, based on global standards and good practices, to Western Balkan countries that have committed several of their own staff (from the National Hydrometeorological Agencies) and engaged external experts to pursue development of the South-East European Multi-Hazard Early Warning Advisory System (SEE-MHEWS-A).
