Component 1: Evaluation of the Cotton Crop Growing Practices in Uzbekistan.Component 2: Field Diagnostics of Cotton Agronomic Practices.Component 3: Design of a Pilot Project.Component 4: Supervision of the Implementation of the Pilot Projects.Component 5: Design of Cotton Farm Agronomic Advisory Program. Component 6: Development of the ToT Package. Component 7: Delivering the ToT Training to Gin Agronomists.Component 8: Supervision of the Delivery of the Advisory Program to Larger Groups of Farmers.
