To support the design and development of the initiative, IFC is seeking a firm or a consortium of firms with expertise in the fields of data and IT tools with view in developing an online project development, tender and M&E IT platform to support the implementation of the initiative. The first phase of this assignment will consist in designing a new online platform or customizing an existing IT product based on the requirements developed under the broader initiative. Focus will be given on standardizing data collection, data analysis, tender processes and monitoring and evaluation requirements to support projects preparation, award, development and performance monitoring. In addition to IT product development and implementation track record, the firm or consortium will be expected to demonstrate solid knowledge of the mini-grid sector, as well as experience in mini-grid project preparation and PPP tendering processes.
