The objective of the assignment is to identify interventions needed to strengthen the institutional structure/systems/processes of EPDCL to address the existing challenges as well as the emerging needs of the business given the rapid growth expected in the power sector in coming years to meet the PFA objective; and to prepare an IT Implementation Roadmap to guide the Discom to move towards smart grid enabled systems.
