Under the supervision and guidance of an Advisory Services Task Team Lead or Delegate, the Individual Consultant will provide project management and client engagement support to agribusiness advisory projects in Côte d’Ivoire.
The consultant will be an individual and based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The STC will be hired for up to a maximum of 66 days between 1 April, 2015 and 30 June, 2015.

Herewith I want to react on your project #1174797.
Although I can say I do not fit 100% in your requested qualifications, I feel my skills might be helpful for your project and research.
I shortly introduce myself in this mail (because I do not find any other way to react):
My name is Fer Weerheijm, Dutch citizen but living at least 50% in Ivory Coast, Abidjan.
I am director of a production plant of coco-substrates in Ivory Coast and constructed (just now, march 2015) a new company Agrifer SARL which is specialized in consultancy of the agriculture in Ivory Coast.
I receive more-and-more questions from small growers about improving their production, preferably on substrates. As well producers of young plants of Banana and others ask my advice.
Meanwhile I have my company I.S.C. (see website) to consult companies worldwide about substrates and fertilizing.
Although I will be travelling some weeks in the period of 01/04 – 30/06, I leave it to you to see of I can be of any interest for your project.
(Even I can imagine that this project is realized by 2 persons).
After all I believe that it is a very good initiative and it is really conform my idealistic way of thinking.
