In support of these programmatic advisory interventions, the WBG is seeking to engage the services of a consulting firm to conduct a private-sector-focused market assessment of plastics value chains and the recycling market in Vietnam. WBG is now inviting qualified consultants to express their interest in providing this comprehensive advisory service.
