The objective of this assignment is to collect high quality qualitative data on situations,
activities, and perceptions of SHD stakeholders, including participating community members and project staff including coaches (facilitators). The collected qualitative/interview data will be the foundation for a qualitative assessment to be conducted by the World Bank team which aims at further drawing lessons and implications for the on-going SHD project design and implementation.
